		<description>Yeah, this is seems so obvious but often, well... I guess the key point is not only to set goals, but those goals need to precise and measurable. 

Like - wrong goal is &#039;to become more fit&#039;, much better is to &#039;run everyday at last 5km&#039;. With the second one You can motivate Yourself much better. 

And making Your goals public also helps. This is the reason I have started &lt;a href=&quot;http://30-day-trial.com&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;30-day-trial.com&lt;/a&gt; - to make pressure on myself.</description>
