Hi Andrew,

Thanks for linking Spootnik! Just want to mention that Spootnik lets you decide which OmniFocus/Basecamp tasks you want to share.

The first time you synchronize Basecamp with OmniFocus, Spootnik creates a new Folder inside OmniFocus containing your Basecamp (filterable by project and responsibility) to-dos. You can then drag the desired OmniFocus projects/tasks into the newly created folder to synchronize them back to Basecamp. Everything outside this folder will be kept untouched.

Best regards,
Lars

Hi Andrew - Thanks for the link and the kind words! I do enjoy the security related part of my job quite a bit. Not a full time gig yet, but maybe some day.

Too bad about the David Allen book; I might be picking it up here in the states now that I've finished his other books finally.

Best holidays,
Josh

Hi John, I use Basecamp in my day job to manage all our customer projects. It is the best application we found for the requirements we had. We have multiple users and also some partners who log in and it all works great.

We have just started to use Highrise as our CRM and I am liking it..

Just one question: does Basecamp really help you with GTD? I tried it and it was killing me to run 10 projects in 10 different sites! May be I missunderstood something... may be you know the trick, how to keep your projects all together in one place. Anyway, I went for wrike.com now. It let's me runs all the projects within one site.
