I recently declared GTD bankruptcy and started over 8-) I was collecting way too many next actions and decided it'd be much easier to move everything aside and rebuild the active project list and next action lists with 'more aligned' higher priority projects. The rest of the projects moved back into my someday/maybe section in my MIndManager map! Andrew, I was interested in your third link but it seems to be dead now.
