I'm sold on Circus Ponies NoteBook. I have the typical problem of constantly trying to find a better way, or more to the point, I'm addicted to GTD software. I've used EverNote, ShoveBox, DayLight, Entourage, a variety of ToDo lists and just about everything else I could find to help me with organization. Although NoteBook is not a free app, I think it is well worth it's price. I'd love to know what you think about it, and if it fits into your system.
