		<description>Wow, great post!. I always thought of just doing the go go go. But the idea of doing a one day a week of real downtime is a great idea. One other thing that is good is the idea of planning your day at the end of the day so that you don&#039;t walk into work cold the next day forgetting what had to get done.

Procrastination? That used to be the old me. Without a new idea of why you want to make changes in your life you never really get an idea of why you want to stop procrastinating</description>
